need help in creating images

hi team i want to create images like this can you help me understanding how can be this done ? this can be used as separater in some of the reports for me

Hi @Anonymous

These images can be created by using any of the basic tools available in Windows like Paint or in any Microsoft Office tools. I have created the same in MS PowerPoint and then exported it as an image and imported it to powerbi.
