The scrollable table of column charts below is something that is quite easy to set up in Tableau, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to do this in PowerBI. Right now I'm resorting to using small multiples, but it's much harder to read since small multiples are really designed for a different use case. Is this something that's doable in PBI?

I tried small multiple but you cant modify the small multiple graph color. in your case all grphs are in different color.

Ah, I didn't realize that I can change the shape of the multiples layout from two per row to one per row. This is better now, but still not as readable as Tableau's table layout because it seems I can't place a multiple's dimension value to the left of the chart. Also, there doesn't appear to be a way to control the row height.

Unfortunetly, There is no such option available as per tableau screenshot. But you can add padding space from below setting.
