multiple measure selection across two years
I have a table from an Excel sheet that I'm using to generate a report. The sheet consists of a full list of products and then the following data: Tonnes produced, Gross sales value and Net sales value; all three of these for current year and last year, split by period. In the picture below is the example for Tonnes, where it displays tonnes for current and last year, split by period.
What I have failed to work out is how to get the chart to be dynamic so either tonnes, gross or net can be selected from a slicer. The table the data is drawn from has the following columns headers:
Product - Period - CY Tonnes - CY Gross - CY Net - LY Tonnes - LY Gross - LY Net
Other potentially useful information:
- These headers are generated form third party software and as such cannot be amended
- Current year data is a combination of YTD actuals and forecast
- All data is held in one table only
Hopefully this makes sense, if any more info is required just ask.
Thanks for your help,
Phil
