multi-entity filters error
Hi everyone,
I have a report in Power BI desktop with live connection to multidimensional SSAS cube. When I try to set interaction between visuals, which has two categories, I get error :
The expression in property 'Value' on Calculation 'H0' contains an error: 'The query contains multi-entity filters which are not supported with the current model.'.
How it can be solved?
Regards,
Yerkhan
To avoid this error, I used item name as grouping, and group by date. Works fine.

ysapiyev,
What version of SSAS do you connect to? What version of Power BI Desktop do you use?
Please check if you get similar scenario as described in the following similar thread.

Anonymous,
I use March version of Power BI, SQL Server 2017 and SSAS version 14.0.
I checked this url, I have similar issue, but I didn't see solution in that topic.

Is there still no solution for that? Have SQL 2017 14.0.223.1 (CU8) u. PowerBI 2.59 (June 2018) in use.
Since the error is already known for a year (SQL2017 RC2) I would expect a solution already!
How do you explain to your customers that after the update to 2017, reports will not work anymore and he'll have to rebuild them somehow just because Microsoft. The customers who use PowerBI are very well paying enterprise customers - which one do you really want to annoy?
