month filter

Hi.

I have a table about sales containing a date,order number,item,price and quantity.

I wanna create a DAX Formula which returns total sales for a specific month.

My date column is like :

How can I get total sales using as filter month february for example?

@Bianca________ , Ideally, You should create a date table with all required columns and join it with date of your table and use columns from date table to filter
