month data dropped off from the report

Hello I receive life to date ( LTD) expense report each month, i append each month to have the whole population for all projects for all periods. some projects are dropped off randomly  anytime once...

Please provide a workable sample data (not an image), your expected result from the same sample data and your reasoning behind. You may post a link to Excel or a sanitized copy of your PBIX stored in the cloud.
