microsoft power bi desktop has stopped working..

Hi All,

I am not able to launch Power BI Desktop on my personal laptop and it simply showing message that microsoft power bi desktop has stopped working..

Have tried reinstalled after rebooting.

Hi,

In Power BI Desktop, users who installed and are running previous versions of the Power BI Enterprise Gateway can be blocked from launching Power BI Desktop.

There are three options to resolve this issue, and allow Power BI Desktop to launch:

·  Install the latest version of Power BI Enterprise Gateway

·  Uninstall or stop the Power BI Enterprise Gateway Windows service

·  Run Power BI Desktop with administrator privilege
