mesuare in total

I need measure 3 to take the information from the column mesuare 1(1,2,3) but the total of this measure take the total of measure 2 (12) I don't know how to do it ....

Letter	measure 1	measure 2	measure 3
a	1	2	1
b	2	4	2

Total	6	12	12
