measures from SSAS tabular not showing in power bi

Hi,

i created a tabular model in Visual Studio 2015. For the measures i use a _AllMeasures table with 11 columns (for folders/subfolders).

When i deploy the project i can see all the measures in the right place with excel and management studio, but when i make a live connection with Power Bi i am 'missing' several measures and some of them are not showing in the richt place.

I can't figure out what is going wrong here. Any thoughts?

All help appreciatied.

Hi Maestrodude,

You could check if you use import mode, will the measure exist? In addition, which part of measure missed? You could try to re-process the entire model and re-connect in powerbi to see whether it work or not. And you said that some measures are not showing  in the right place, could you please show me by screenshots?

Best Regards,
Zoe Zhi

Hi Dax,

i already rebuild the complete model (broke something else) but with the same effect. I can see a small diffirence now, the measures are not missing, they are not where i expected them... The subfolders are not on the top/bottom but between the other measures, see attached screenshots....

so now i have to find out how to get thes measures in a logical order.

I also tried import mode, but it takes forever to load, so i aborted that.

Best regards,

Maestro
