measure table

is there any other benefit  other than simplicity of data model for creating seperate measure table in data model ?

    No, having separate measure tables and folders is purely a cosmetic matter. For a large number of measures, it helps you navigate them more easily. It's analogous to organizing files and folders on a computer or books on neatly arranged shelves in a library. It has no impact on performance.
