measure => filter on seperate list with conditions on date

Hi, 

i have the next question

There is a list with projectnumber and exeptions:

1. tilldate => the project may only seen if the fact before this date
2. afterdate => the project may only seen if the fact after this date
3. tilldate and afterdate => the project may only seen if the fact is between this dates
4. exclude => the project may never seen

Also there is a fact list with the next data:

the column "Show" doesn't exist

• If the Project doesn't exist in the exceptions table is shows the value
• If the Project exist in the exeptions and also meets the requirements of the exceptions (1 to 4) than it shows not the value others it shows

How can i make a measure that shows on a time line the sum of the columns "values" that takes in account the exceptions?
