measure for today = CALCULATE ( COUNT('DB - GSH'[Id]), FILTER(All('DB - GSH'), 'DB - GSH'[StartDate] = TODAY())))
Besides, can you add more information or PBI file after removing sensitive information?

Try:
measure for today = CALCULATE ( COUNT('DB - GSH'[Id]), FILTER( Table, Table [Date] = TODAY())))
(adjust the table and column syntax to your model)
