matrix visual

我正在嘗試創建一個矩陣，但找不到顯示 [+] 的方法，如下圖所示。

我的就是這樣顯示的。

誰能教教我~這個問題一直困擾著我:(

    Anonymous , The moment I added the second value in row, I as seeing + sign.

    Hope it Matrix visual only.

     

    Can you share  a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
