I just downloaded the latest version of PBI Desktop released in September of 2017, but cannot find the "new matrix visual" option in preview options.

Matrix Visual is already working on the last version of PowerBI

    Yes, looks need not enable something and old Table and Matrix have been replaced with new ones completely. thanks!
