how can i arrange the data in a perfect matrix format.here the values are not arranged in perfect format of matrix.

What exactly do you mean by perfect format? Can you maybe make a simple example in excel and take a picture of it?

You will need to calculate HIT/MISS for both of your priorities in the same calculation. Are the priorities in different tables/columns?

Not certain how it should arrange based on your picture. It looks like there is blank value in [PLI 4HR] field of MISS field, could you share more details about this for further discussion?
Sample file and expected output would help tremendously.
