matrix Visual-Totals in left
Hi All, I have one requirement to create a matrix which shows the total in left.Plaese refer attached mock report sheet.I have tried all possible ways but no hope. Can anyone help me on this....

I cant share the PBIX file as its have very sensitive information.But I have created one mock report in (page 2).Please look into that.
But there is no option to insert PBIX file
