martrix - showing data when none should be displayed

Hi Mike-RKW

 

I have observed the same behaviour with the matrix visual but it is in Power BI Service. Power BI Desktop file is working ok.

There seems to a bug with new Matrix visual rolled out in the previous release.

have you found a way around this or do you know if Microsoft are aware and can sort this?

    Hi Mike-RKW,

     

    I didn't encounter this problem in either Power BI desktop (Version: 2.48.4792.481 ) and Service. What is your desktop version? Could you please update it to latest release (version 2.48.4792.721) for a try? Besides, you could also use a different browser for a try.

      v-yulgu-msft, I've tried on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and it happened in the both.

       

      Look: I have a slicer and when I select an option where all visuals become blank, the matrix is still full.
