I cannot see Canada (CAN) on the map. You can see it in the legend, but not in the map. Any idea on what's wrong ? The same thing happens with the choropleth map. I have tried changing CAN to Canada, to CA, nothing happens.
thanks
@topsbog,
In your map, I can see Canada. And everything works well even I create a map using your sample data in Power BI Desktop May release. What version of Power BI Desktop do you use? What data category do you set for your country column in Power BI Desktop?
Regards,
Lydia
Hello, I am using version 2.58 (may 18). I can see Canada in the map only if I use the 2 letter country code CA. As soon as I switch to 3 letter, I don't see it anymore on the map. I have created a simple dataset with the G7 countries. In the first column I use 2 letter cc for all the countries, and in the second one I use 3 letter cc . My map works well with the 2 letters cc, but with the 3 letter cc I only see 6 countries...I didn't have any category associated with the columns, but I have tried to tag it to 'Country' a few minutes a ago, and it still doesn't work. I have solved the issue by using 2 letter code so it is not urgent anymore, but still, I don't understand what the problem is.
@topsbog,
I am unable to reproduce this issue in Power BI Desktop May release. How about the result if you change data category to "Place" when you use 3 letters. And you can also update Power BI Desktop to June release to test it.
Regards,
Lydia
