maps no longer showing - stopped 3 days ago just tried reseting privacy and arcGIS settings nothing

@woodgem Is this in the Desktop or Service? Is it only arcGIS visual that you are using or other visuals? Could possibly be tenant settings not allowing map visuals.

@Greg_Deckler thanks for getting back to me!! I'm using desktop. only th mp visulas not working. i sent them to a client and hey are working for them when they open it so it's something on my end but I've gone through as many of the permisions ans settings as I can think of to make sure maps are on and it's still not working for me.

@woodgem While likely not the case, maps won't work without an internet connection. Other than that, perhaps they got turned off in your tenant settings? Trying to think of other reasons.
