map tooltips-hide lat long

I am wanting to map banks in Georgia, and I have at my disposal city, state, zip, and lat long to choose from for geocoding.  Currently I am using lat-long but have 2 questions:

1.  Can you hide the lat-long from tooltips.

2.  Can I add something more descriptive like CEO for the tooltips?  When i try to add it to my map, my map goes away.
