i am getting blank values for dates and total sales and budget as shown below, pbix file and sample data available below

Your date table right now starts from Feb 11 2022 and the budget table has budget from 01-01-2022[and 1st of each year for other years as well]. So the budget for 22 creates first set of rows with blank date. With regards to blank rows in totals sales and total budget the below snap can be taken as an example where the sales falls on certain dates whereas the budget falls on 1st of each year, so the blank values.
