lost functionality if consumer does not have power bi installed

Is there any lost functionality if a consumer has a license but does not have Power BI installed on their desktop? We will be embedding links into a SharePoint page and some of the consumers do not want the software installed on their machines. I just want to make sure they will have full access to the reports through their browser with no lost functionality.
