I can't cancel my Power Bi subscription - how can I get support for this?

When you refer cancel the subscription do you mean the account?
This depends on how you have made the account:
If you don't want to use Power BI any longer, you can also close your Power BI account. Kindly refer to Close your Power BI account - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
If you bought from Microsoft 365 Admin center kindly go to Microsoft 365 admin center (Enter Admin credentials) -->choose Your products under Billing --> then ...
If you bought as an Individual kindly contact your Organization Admin to cancel Power BI Subscription for you, by going to Microsoft365 admin center (Enter Admin credentials) -->choose Your products under Billing --> Click on Filter...

To my kwnowledge there is no live chat support for the Power BI. Depedning on the type of question you can post on the issues part of the forum usually microsoft team get's back in a short term period, if it's how to use the product or doubts about some some way of implementing logics or similar if you want we can do a teams meeting.
