links to users

Hello,

I am seeking assistance with a functionality in Power BI reports and Word. My objective is to enable users to navigate to specific sections of a user manual in a Word document by clicking a help button within the report. I have managed to achieve this by utilizing headings for individual sections and incorporating their links into the button.

However, an issue arises when users access the Word document: they are automatically directed to edit mode. Ideally, I would like them to remain in view mode to prevent unintended modifications. I attempted to resolve this by setting the links to View mode in the sharing settings. Unfortunately, this adjustment causes the document to open in view mode but fails to navigate automatically to the intended section.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions. Thank you for your help in advance.
