linking both facts based on date condition

Hi Experts,

i have two facts and a date table, all three are date with timestamp.

Datetable(timestamp) M:1 Custfacts (timestamp) - relationship is active

Datetable(timestamp) M:1 Salesfacts(timestamp) - relationship is Inactive active

now i need to join Custfacts (timestamp) with Salesfacts(timestamp), for that i need join  Salesfacts(timestamp)   +3 or -3 datetime

eg:Custfacts (timestamp) 01/01/2020 12:47 =  Salesfacts(timestamp) 1 01/01/2020 12:45 and 01/01/2020 12:48

how can i do that please help
