linked purchased order table not showing correct data
Memorable MemberAs I reviewed there is an issue with the Product table source, that is your excel it has only 12 quantities for Internal Reference code 540447 so it will show an incorrect number.
I don't understand what you're saying here. The Product table and Purchase Order table are linked using the internal reference no. field. The qty 12 is coming from the Product table so it won't be used to show the total qty ordered. It should pick up and show on the matrix the sum of qty from the Purchase Order table wherein the interenal reference no. on the Products table is equal to the internal reference on the Purchase order table.
