How can I link 3 text tables to one column?

I have following tables/colomns: budget-[name] / projects-[name] / relations-[name].

I will have this in the budgettable in one column as follow, "Projectname - Budgetname - Relationname"

From current description, it is not very clear about your requirement. Do you want to add a calculated column in budgettable which is a combinition of three columns from three other tables: budget-[name] / projects-[name] / relations-[name]? Is there any relationship between these tables? It would be better to share the table structure and sample data so that we can test for you.

Or do you want to link three tables based on one common column? In other words, create relationship between tables based on common column. If so, this is available in Power BI desktop.
