On-premises_data_gateway install procedure fails in the end...

After start the install On-premises_data_gateway, at the end of  the procedure the above message appear,  the log is not clear why it fails in mine opinion. I attached  the last  part of  the install log in the code block. Suggestions what  to do  ??
