linear gauge suggestion

is there anyway in Power BI can I create such visual to show a point within a scale from 0 to 10. I have a column [Scale] which consists the number from 1~9.

I see it as Min = 0 and Max = 10 

I have tried to use custom visual of this :

but this is the best what I could achieve so far:

I prefer it to show as a "dot" instead of a bar like this. Do you have any suggestion?
