line chart forecast: empty values in data

Hi,

I created a line chat and used the forecast feature. 

I received an error (shown below) stating "empty values in data. To forecast, data cannot have empty values."

How would I go about correcting this issue within Power BI Desktop?

    Hi cubedweller,

     

    Based on the error message, it seems that the value of X axis has the empty value, you should check if you have the empty value for Date.

     

    I also made a test to reproduce your issue, it really caused by the empty date value which is not supported for forecast line. 

     

     

    Please complete your date value to correct the forecast line.
