line average conditions previous year in graph

Hi!

I need some help please in power bi. I have this one: 

And i would like to have the same graphique: i want to have mean in current year and a line which is the mean last year (but without use function previousyear because i want to use it again when it wont be a date. Just conditions in an average). 

Red line is average(year(date)=2022), apply in all.
