Hi all,
Hope you can help. I'd like to incorporate a slicer for date, that is a range slider bar. The first time I made this report, the date automatically became a range slide bar, I'm trying to build it somewhere else and the only slicer options I get are list or dropdown.
I have date formatted as date within the dataset. I've been looking through this site for a solution, but everything seems to say the range slider should be the automatic filter for numeric/date data.
Any help would be brilliant.
Thanks

it's not about the format, it's about the data type - I'm assuming you have data type text formatted as date, so it's not working
