limitation of rows from data table from sql server?

What is the limit of processing data from sql server table? i have table with more like 1 000 000 rows, but it shows just 9 000 rows, why? and what is the limit of export to csv from table visualization? 30 000 rows?

Also, there is no such limitation of access rows from SQL server. Import mode has a capacity to take 1GB of data.
