Hi All,

 

We are planning to use Power BI in our organization with 8-10 users to start with. If we take subscription for 8-10 Pro licenses and no Premium licenses, can a Pro user get workspace to share the reports with other pro users or should we have to subscribe for the space as well?

 

Also can a Pro user share the Power BI reports with Desktop users?

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    10 GB space per pro user is included. (But can only be shared with pro users.)

     

    A Pro user can share a pbix file (Desktop reports) with Desktop users, but not a Service report.
