If you only need to use PowerBI Desktop to produce reports and you only need to use “My workspace” for the Power BI Service, then you don't need a Pro license (if you don't need to collaborate on reports with other members of your organization).
Power BI Desktop is free to use.
Users of the free Power BI license can access their own My Workspace. In My Workspace, you can connect to data, create reports .

Now I can use power bi without any worries 🙂
