left alignment and tooltip on card

Hi,

If I use the Data label in a Card, the text is always centered

I'm also using a tooltip that only shows when hovering the Data label.

When I use the Title in a Card, I can align the text left.

And the Data label, even when I make the font as small as possible and same color as background, it shows through the Title text

And the tooltip still only shows when hovering the (quasi invisible) Data label and not when hovering the Title.

With a Multicard I can't use a tooltip

So what do I do to show a text (using a field or measure as value), left aligned and showing a tooltip when hovering the shown text?

Hi @Anonymous! 

If you're still looking for an answer - You can use a blank button instead of a card to achieve text alignment 

Steps -

1. Insert a Blank Button into the Dashboard and Go to Format Button

Under Text->Click on FX to pass the column that button will take value from :

Select the Column from the Table:

Switch the "Outline" Toggle off and Align the Text in the button as required.

I just reproed your issue, it's indeed troublesome, (can't add tooltip into Multiple-row card and no text alignment in card visual)

I'll raise it as afunction to the engineer team for better research. and keep you updated.
