kpi card not adjusting value

Hi,

 

Have the following sales by day and calculate a media of this as

 

median_sales = round(MEDIAN(sales[sales_qty]),0) 

 
Have a slicer where can select the week and the above adjust correctly depdening on week selected.
 
Wish to have a kpi card visual which displays the value for the week selected but alwys shows the trend in background thus have set edit interactions to none when select the slicer.
 
Have tried 
 
sumX( FILTER(calendar,calendar[Week]=VALUES ( calendar[Week] )),<median_sales>)
 
However the value shown in kpi card visual is same regardless of what select in slicer i.e. 
 
How can we best have a kpi card visual where the value adjusts depending on week selected in slicer but the trend still remains vsible.?

    What is your expected trend?

    The trend is the visual is based on the result of the indicator value.

    You could drag indicator and trend axis value in a line chart to test it.
