issue with map indicator

hi guys

i am using my work pc and i am facing an issue with the map visual indicator it is not working while i am using my work pc

 

the below screen shot is from my work pc

 

 

 

and this is the exact same data and same file but from my personal pc which shows that the indicator is working !

 

 

 

 

 

do you know guys where is the issue ?  and what should i do ?  i checked powerbi setting for both ( work pc and my personal pc ) and they are the same

      hi 

      my work pc version is ( Version: 2.131.901.0 64-bit (July 2024) )

      my personal pc ver is ( 2.136.1202.0 64-bit ( septemper 2024 )

       

       

       

      i dont think that the issue from the version

       

       

      do you think guys that there is some option which should be enable from my admin team in my work ?

    Anonymous don't think there is any setting, can you try the same version? it is just a random thought.
