Hi Shreenav 

First make sure that the url you input is right.

You can consider to reset the login configuration, you can refer to the following link.

2.Make sure the  administrator has granted the necessary permissions in AAD.

3.Make sure the related api permission is necessary, you can refer to the following link.

Nothing worked, I checked these posts before posting my solution, nothing worked. Expecting solution from someone who actually got this issue and resolved it.
