Microsoft Employeeinvalid_resource: AADSTS500011
Hi, I am trying to fetch data into PowerBi from a API hosted in Azure App Service with OAuth Authentication Enabled. But when I try to sign in using Organizational Account and Sign In, then I get the error:
"invalid_resource: AADSTS500011: The resource principal named <App Service URL> was not found in the tenant named Microsoft. This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You might have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant. Trace ID: <Random GUID> Correlation ID: <Random GUID> Timestamp: 2024-01-01 08:12:34Z."

Seem like there is a problem with how Power BI is connecting to your account system.
The part that's not working right is Azure Active Directory authentication(AAD).
This can happen when the resource(API Host) is not correctly configured or recognized by AD.Check do you have access to the API host using your current login.
ShreenavYes the API host is created by my account only and it is created under the Microsoft Tenant itself.

First make sure that the url you input is right.

You can consider to reset the login configuration, you can refer to the following link.
2.Make sure the administrator has granted the necessary permissions in AAD.
