installation error

I am not able to install power BI on my machine.it is showing error as "processor type not supported on machine" can someokne help me out with this what options i can try to resolve this issue....

Hi Anonymous,

Based on your error message, it sounds like your CPU is not suitable for the prerequisites.(CPU: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster x86- or x64-bit processor recommended.)


In addition, you can take a look at below article to check if your environment or prerequisites is suitable:

    Processor :i3-2330 2.2 GHZ

    Windows 7 ultimate 32-bit

    500 GB harddisk

    do i need to install 64 bit windows???

      No, you don't need to install it. Your CPU seems suitable for the prerequisite, perhaps you can post this to issue.
