input multiple values in text filtet

Hi,  

          Attached  text filter I have done in Tableau. It can input multiple words with comma seperated to fiter customer feedback comments. I used text filter from Powerbi market place which only allows input single word. How can I do same thing in PowerBI?(input multiple words in text filter) Thanks!
