initialize values that are not on the field

Hello,

i've a field that has all the departments that i've data on my prodution table (but doesnt have all the departments because no all of the departments have data).

but i'm using a bulletchart graph and  i want that appears all the departments (dep 1, dep2, dep3....), even those that dont have data yet. How can i define them to appear on the left with null values ?

   You can right click on the field departments and select Show items with no data
