indexed chart

I do see similar posts to what I am looking for, but it seems like this would be simple DAX indexed chart.

(data date about 2-3 years)

My goal is making a indexed chart which is start at 100. My final chart would be:

if you are looking for the table below, the chart that is not possible. You can have a line visual with legend as Type.

you can have matrix visual separately.

But as the example data and visual do not march can not suggest what to do
