importing .bcp files

I got a bunch of .bcp files that I'd like to analyze. I can't open them with notepad or excel, this gives unreadable output. Is there any way to connect to them with PowerBI, or any way to convert them to something that PowerBI would recognize?

 

I don't have SQL server itself, just .bcp files. Thank you.

    It seems that .bcp file is a command file. Power bi doesn't support importing command file.
