im getting like this

This seems to be a limitation on your tenant the error code, this means that the admin of your organization has disabled the self-service purchases or sign-ups for Powert BI.
You need to contact your admin to check if they allow this.
If you are not using an organizational account and using a gmail or similar account this can also give this error.
