if Statement using Concatenate for SumX

I am calculating a cost per product times volume if the concatenate (code, production site, project name) match. However, the code can switch from an old code to new code when production shifts for that project. Volumes are tracked by code. Is there a way to structure a concatenate to say if there is old code pick up volumes of old code and if there is new code pick up volumes of new code?
