html viewer/add web content dashboard

Hi everyone,

I don't understand why some embeded codes are able to be perfectly seen by adding the web content in the dashboard, however, they cannot be shown with the html viewer visualization in the report (even when published). Attached a few of screenshots using the same code.

I would need to have the content in the report.

Could anyone help?
