    sorry missed a couple of curly brackets = Html.table ([HTML Text],{{"plaintext",":root"}})

Hi PudduckD - can you please share more details with sample data . as per my understading, do you want to remove the HTML tags ?

 

if yes in power query editor we can do it, via different data transformations by creating new custom column  and using Text.Replace() m functions:

 

eg.,= Text.Replace(Text.Replace([YourColumnName], "<font face=""Arial"">", ""), "</font>", "")

 

or by using DAX Resolved solution:
