how to visualize limit exceeded users

Hi Experts,

 

need a help on below concern .. I have a list with below column and its connected to the powerBI desktop . In this i have two columns in the last GrossAmtSUM and Limit .. i need to create a visual , limit exceeded (GrossAmtSUM>Limit) vs total records.. I'm very new to powerBI
